About
STEM Explorers Contest is a competition hosted by Youth Pioneers in STEM, where participants will be able to compete to win big prizes from our sponsors! It is centered around how we can solve problems or answer questions in various STEM fields. Through their project, each participant will either present research they conducted on a topic or generate a novel solution for a problem. After the submission period is over, the judges will review all of the submissions and provide feedback on each project. Eventually, we will announce the winners! Be sure to have fun and best of luck to all of our competitors!
Submission Options
For contest 1, participants will be required to identify a problem in the STEM field and create an innovative solution to address it. They will then present their products through their chosen form of engaging media: infographic, video, or website! For example, if you're interested in curing superbugs, do some research and create an innovative piece of technology that you would design if you had the resources!
Are you more interested in researching and delving into a certain topic rather than innovating? If so, Contest 2 is the perfect match for you! This contest requires participants to research an interesting topic in STEM (both theoretical and practical topics are allowed) and explain the concept in an engaging digital presentation. Again, any form of media is allowed! For example, if you're interested in superbugs, explain how they work & their relevance to society!
